SPRINGFIELD LAKES SPRING 2011
COMPETITION INFORMATION
Competition Dates – 11th October to 31st January (12 weeks)
- Game Times – Tuesday nights between 6.15 and 8.30pm.
- Location – Springfield Lakes, The Oval , Cnr Springfield Lakes Bourlevard & Summit Drive.
- For your team to be placed in draws you must have 5 players individually registered and paid before the competition commences.
Competition Costs
- All Teams must have a minimum of 10 players Paid & Registered
- $75 / player if paid ON or BEFORE ROUND 1 (11th October September 2011)
- $85 / player if paid after 11th October till on or before 25th October 2011
- $95 / player if paid from 26th October 2011
Team Registration
Step 1 - Team delegates must complete team rego form linked at the bottom of the page where he/she must put in their own information and the names of all intending team members.
SPECIAL NOTE – if 12 or more players register the team delegate will be refunded their individual registration.
Step 2 - You must have 5 players individually registered & paid by the 8th October 2011, to be eligible to play in the first week of the competition.
Step 3 - You must have ALL players paid & registered by WEEK 4. If any team does not meet this requirement, you will be allowed to play ROUND 5, however the game will be recorded as an automatic forfeit.
If that team is still unfinancial at the conclusion of ROUND 5, that team will be suspended until all payments are paid in full.
SPECIAL NOTE - If teams by ROUND 4 have less than 10 players, other team members must pay the shortfall.
Individual Payment and Registration.
Online Payment and Registration – We have an online Payment service where you can pay by credit card. This can be found at the bottom of this page or in the Individual Registration Section found on the home page.
Whether you pay online or not you must do an online registration to be insured and meet the requirements of the competition.

Shorts
- Shorts cost $25 each and you must wear official Oztag shorts to participate in and QLD Oztag competition.
Australian Oztag Association Registration
- Australian Oztag Association fees are now included in each players registration fees.
- Every player must register online to be covered by insurance & be eligible to play.
- If you do not have an Oztag number please as for one. You will not be able to play without one
Competition Guidelines:
1. No player will be able to play unless he has paid his Individual Registration.
2. Every player must sign on before each game commences every week. Sign on sheets will be provided at a registration table situated near the main administration area.If a minimum of 5 players don’t sign on your team will forfeit the game.
3. Players must have signed on for at least 5 games to qualify to play in Semi Finals.
4. All injuries must be reported on the night of the injury.
5. Any shorts or tights that are worn must be the official Oztag garments (no home made shorts or tights). Players are not allowed to take the field if regulation shorts or tights are not worn.
6. There will be no talking to the referee at all unless you are the captain. This includes sledging of the opposition or of your own teams. This is a major offence and may result in a player or team being sent off or banned.
7. No football boots with screw in studs.
8. Photographs of players may appear on our website or in publicity campaigns, should you not want your photograph to appear then you must contact us prior to registering.
9. All teams must be playing in the same colour shirt by round 4. Numbers must also be visible on the back or sleeve of these shirts.
10. Any player fighting will be given 8 weeks minimum and their team will be given one week suspension.
